Solitary Enshrinement

The pandemic provides the perfect backdrop for that age-old game of isolation, Solitaire. The Notable Women in Tech organization has created a created a deck of cards for that premiere solitaire destination, Solitaired, showcasing prominent women in computing.

This project grew from a multi-year effort to keep and share the rich history of women in computing-related fields, beginning with a wikipedia page to highlight women advancing the sciences.

So while away these lonely times while learning more about such unsung tech heroes as Padmasree Warrior (Founder, CEO and President of Fable Group Inc.), Denice Denton (American professor of electrical engineering), Hess Sultan Al Jaber (engineer, academic and politician), Anita Borg (American computer scientist), and many more.
